I've got a real bad case of I'm moving again.

woo, today was a garden variety of moods and emotions, so here goes.

The party started sat 6 AM this morning, getting ready for dryland training a few blocks away from our apartment. so we ran for a while, did push-ups/sit-ups, lil' bundles of joy like that. That went for about 45 minutes to an hour, then we went back to the apartment to shower and stuff and go to the base for the beginning of class.

When we got there, we started listening to our guest speaker for the week (Marty Meyer is his name) and so he led everyone in a few "Prayer exercises" I guess you'd call them, so that was cool.

Also, every Tuesday, everyone goes on an outreach in some way, shape, or form. Mine is working at a little nursery in Burnaby with one other YWAMer and the woman who runs the daycare. It's a humble little facility, in the basement of a really nice house. There's four kids who go there regularly, but today there was only one. So me and Greg (the other YWAMer) pretty much cleaned up the nursery and went out and played with the lil' bundle o' joy (17 months of pure unleaded cute).

We then came back to the base, and everyone else already ate and left because their outreaches were either later on or already done. So me and Greg got to eat pretty much alone (a rarity) and I had to help take down the tables for the night (it's my work for the week) and took a bus to the apartment...

...Where we had to move again. We finally got our new apartment after a few days of delays and speculation, so now we're here setting up all the furniture, should be a fun little abode for a few months.

Anyways, I have to put together some bunk beds.

Until next time,
Arrivederci.
