Butter on toast, baby.

A busy Sunday, to say the least.

It started at 11 going to church, where the message was on the "honor your father and mother" commandment.

After church, I took a few buses down to the airport to meet my uncle Peter and our family friend Andy, they were bringing me a hockey stick and bag. So after walking around the airport, our paths collided in the bus stop outside the airport, so that was actually quite a miracle. So we all went in search of music stores, and after a few failures, went to eat lunch (or dinner, Atlantic time). Then we went back to the airport to pick up cousins of mine, and to pick up the stuff (which was left there for the afternoon). So then I got picked up by a friend, brought back to the apartment, to bask in the aura of nostalgic bliss thrust upon me by my stick from Nova Scotia and also with the new hockey bag smell that makes my heart soar.

That was my day, I'm off to Kelowna tomorrow, unsure if there's internet there or not, so if I don't talk for a week, it's that I have no internet, not the much more grave alternative.

Glad the stick and bag arrived safely. Did you get the treats? Have a great time in the Okanagan!

Man, you're funny. Who knew the smell of a new hockey bag could make your heart soar.
