Today was a big improvement from yesterday in pretty much every way possible.
I still felt sick, but not as bad as yesterday, and that bodes well with me.
So we had our last class with Alan McBryan today, and that went pretty good for the most part.
Then we had intercession for Russia today and for all the stuff going on there (the insanely high abortion rate, rampant AIDS, the 'democracy' of Putin...) so we prayed for that and more focused on the impact our team will have there. So that went pretty well also.
Then I had most of the afternoon off, ate dinner and retreated to the apartment for the night. I think I'll head off to bed soon, to get some good sleep.
