...Birthday cards start coming in the mail. I got a few today, but I didn't open then yet, I can wait.
Anyways, it was a pretty fun day, it started unpleasantly early (I think it was 6:30 or so) because I had to go to a church down the road for 7:30 to practice worship. The way it works here is the students are divided into 4 groups and today was our group's turn. So I got to play drums for the first time in a month or so, so that was good, and I kind of broke a drum halfway through. One of the legs of the floor tom gave out in the middle of a song, so that made it interesting anyway.
Then we went back to the base and started off our new week of lessons, the theme of this week being 'hearing the voice of God'. So we did some class, ate lunch, where I found out we won't be able to go to the soccer game ofter all (which sucks).
Next thing was hockey, which went quite well for the first time in a while, I did about as good as possible with almost no defense whatsoever. It was an hour and a half too, so it was a lot of hockey.
Then we came back and did some good ol' paperwork for getting a Visa to go to Russia, so that was a bit boring. After that there was dinner, and that is about all the noteworthiness the day entailed.
Arrivederci.
